Our Chakras give us insight into our true selves, and can be brought into balance through breath work, postures, and by receiving sound from a variety of global instruments. Specific breathing techniques, mantras, and postures will be selected to guide us up the seven energy centers. Liz will be playing seven different exotic instruments for each separate chakra during the yoga practice and a sound journey during savasana . Our energy centers have been created as a musical scale so each center will respond to a particular tone. Both these ancient healing modalities are blended together as a powerful tool for transformation, harmony, and well-being.
“As a result of this pairing of physical energy and sound vibrations, my practice now brings me more expansive joy and relaxation than I ever imagined possible. I love It! ...Ethel
"My afternoon spent at the harmonious hatha workshop was both relaxing and rejuvenating. While Tanya lead us through a series of yoga postures that opened each of our chakras, Liz wove in sound through chants and musical instruments. The combination of the two was the perfect way to spend my birth-day!" …Irena
